We Listen, Act, and Transform
I began my career as a school-based therapist in 2013, drawn to the joy of connecting with children and helping them grow in real time.
Today, I specialize in supporting kids, teens, and their families; especially those navigating ADHD, anxiety, and the challenges of school systems. My work honors the whole child through creativity, care, and attunement. We integrate art-informed approaches, sensory awareness, and cognitive therapy to foster both regulation and resilience.
I bring a unique perspective as a current school counselor. I am able to observe in classrooms, collaborate on intervention strategies and IEPs, and bridge the gap between home and school.
At the heart of my practice is to create a safe haven where people feel seen, validated, and empowered to discover their strengths, understand their minds and bodies, and cross the bridge from struggle to growth with confidence and ease.
